Reliable Delivery:
- Paint Orders: All paint orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. We use a reliable delivery service to get your paint to you, typically within 2-4 working days.
- Sample Orders: Want to try before you commit? Our colour samples are dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail, so you can start planning your door transformation right away.

Delivery Areas:
We deliver to all addresses within the UK, including:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- BFPO addresses
Please note that deliveries to these areas may take an additional 3-5 working days.
Order Processing:
- You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
Delivery Times:
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
